Dear Friends and Family,

Crystal and William are thrilled to have you join them for their wedding weekend! As the celebration approaches, here are a few important details and insights to help you plan:

If you’ve RSVP’d for the welcome reception, it will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, from 6 to 8 PM at Hotel Hartness. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the designated room. Crystal and William are excited to kick off the weekend with food, glow-in-the-dark putt-putt, and a special glimpse into their love story (don’t miss the newspapers!).

The wedding will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 5 PM, with guest seating beginning at 4:30 PM. Please note: (1) The ceremony is currently planned to be outdoors, so dress accordingly for the January weather. (2) A cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony, also outdoors, with heaters provided. This will approximately last 30 minutes while the staff are setting up the ballroom. (3) The reception will conclude at 9:30 PM. All wedding events will be held at Hotel Hartness.



If you are staying at Hotel Hartness, please inform the hotel that you are with the Pee-Bowman Wedding—whether or not you booked under the room block. This will help ensure a seamless experience for your stay.

Crystal and William’s love story began in a physics class at Clemson University, where they bonded over their shared passion for learning (and chemical engineering problem sets). Nearly 11 years later, they’re overjoyed to begin their forever with all of you by their side. They can’t wait to celebrate with you!
