Is an invitation required to attend the welcome party and wedding day festivities?

Yes- While we'd love to celebrate with everyone, space is limited to our invited guests only. For those unable to attend, we’ll be sharing special moments and photos on social media after the event.

When is the deadline to RSVP for the wedding?

January 3, 2025

What time does the wedding and reception start?

The wedding starts at 5:00 PM and the reception will follow the wedding.

When and where is the welcome party?

The welcome party is at Hotel Hartness from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. An invitation is required to attend.

What is the attire for the wedding day?

Black Tie Optional. The wedding ceremony is outside so dress appropriately.

What is the attire for the welcome party?

Nice Casual: Think smart-casual—comfortable, but polished!

Is there a room block available?

Yes! Please visit crystalandwilliam.wedding/travel for the room block details. If you’re invited to both the welcome party and the wedding and plan to attend both, we recommend booking your stay from January 24 to January 26. For those attending just the wedding, we suggest booking from January 25 to January 26. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Is the wedding outside?

Yes. A tent will be provided, if necessary.
